What if the deal doesn't close?

You pay nothing. Zero. We absorb all the time and effort we put in. This is why we only take on deals we believe in — our incentive is fully aligned with yours.

Is 2% from buyer, seller, or both?

2% from both the buyer and the seller — each paying 2% of the final registered value. Both payments are collected only after registration is complete. Zero upfront from either side.

What does the 2% cover exactly?

Everything we did from day one — property search, site visits, verification, negotiation, bank loan coordination, documentation, and registration support. It's our complete service fee.

How does this compare to traditional brokers?

Traditional brokers charge 1-2% upfront as advance, then another 1-2% at close — often from both sides. We charge nothing upfront, and only 2% at close.

For NRIs — how does payment work?

Payment can be made via bank transfer after registration. We provide proper receipts for your records. Our fee is separate from stamp duty and registration charges.
