Listing Accuracy
Property owners and agents are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. MNR Space reviews listings before publishing but cannot guarantee all details are current. Always verify property details directly with the owner before making any decisions.
Commission Policy
MNR Space charges commission only upon successful deal closure between buyer and seller. There are no upfront listing fees. Commission rates are agreed upon separately with MNR Space before listing.

Enquiry Data
When you submit an enquiry, your contact details are shared with the property owner or MNR Space advisor. By submitting an enquiry you consent to being contacted regarding the property.
Prohibited Use
You may not use MNR Space to post fraudulent listings, spam users, scrape data, or engage in any activity that harms other users or the platform.
Limitation of Liability
MNR Space is not liable for any disputes between buyers and sellers, or for any losses arising from property transactions facilitated through the platform.
